This is an elegant and chic little cocktail percher hat fascinator mini hat in red, white & blue.
Its lightweight and east to wear and looks stunning against any hair colour..
Made with a round felt base which is covered with matte red satin and red lace fabric/
With a red circle of felt underneath with a two metal croc clips for fixing.
Complemented with a small red classic blusher veil, for that vintage 1940's look and finished with a large triple bow of wide red grosgrain ribbon, 1" royal blue satin and 1 cm white satin.
Its really versatile and can be worn anywhere on the head.
