This is an exquisite, elegant and chic percher style fascinator mini hat in black and hot fuchsia pink.

Made with a black woven sisal straw disc, which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
It can also have two small clips, which are more secure than the comb.
Created with two black burnt pheasant curl feathers with fuchsia pearls pinned in the ends, a bow loop of black sinamay bias binding with a stripe of fuchsia pink satin ribbon as a highlight, a choice of bright fuchsia pink fluff feathers or plain, a black satin ribbon ruffle, finished with either a cluster of fuchsia glass pearls or a bright fuchsia crystal & diamante stud.
