Terms & Conditions/ Returns
As of 1st July 2021, all Non UK buyers will be directed to purchase through Etsy, due to the new laws surrounding sales tax and VAT added onto purchases, especially countries in the EU.
(Canada and Switzerland are exempt, as no sales tax is charged, also some US states - Alaska, Oregon, Montana & New Hampshire)

Purchasing via Etsy means the sales tax will be calculated and collected by them.
I am working to add Etsy links to all the ready made items, please email for custom order pieces to discuss.
IMPORTANT: Import duties, VAT, tariffs, taxes, and any other fees imposed by YOUR individual country are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.
These additional costs are the BUYER'S responsibility.
Returns;
** All Custom Made and Finished to Order headpieces are NON refundable/ non returnable, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which stipulate that customised items are non returnable, but they can be exchanged or altered **
Ready Made Items
Please email within 14 days of receipt of the item, if you wish to return for a refund or exchange.
You then have up to 14 days to return the item, at your own cost, in suitable packaging, with the same care & attention as the original packing, preferably in the original box.
It must be back within the 30 day window of receiving.
The item must be returned in a new, unused condition, please refrain from trying on for hygiene reasons..
Veil are non refundable, due to hygiene reasons, as above.
It must be well packed to avoid any damage and sent with trackable postage, which is at the buyers OWN cost..
Anything outside of these time periods will not be refunded, as in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Refunds are for cost of items ONLY, no shipping costs refunded.
IMPORTANT - For international returns from outside the UK, please mark your parcel RETURNED GOODS/ RETURNS
You will need to make sure that you use the correct forms for your country for returning goods to overseas destinations.
Any extra charges/customs duty incurred by myself from the above not being correctly done, will be deducted from the refund total or the parcel will be refused and no refund given.
Deposits, Rush order and Shipping Upgrades (Special or Tracked Overseas) are non refundable.
In all cases, email any problems, as we can arrange an exchange or make up an alternative..
Non Delivery/ Carrier Returned Items, if delivery is attempted and the package is failed to be collected or redelivered then anything sent back via the postal system will only be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY, not the postage costs.
Deposits: A 20% deposit is required on all larger custom made orders, which is deducted from the final total on completion.
If the customer cancels the order for any reason, the deposit is non refundable, as materials would have been purchased to make the order and the item may already have been made up.
Packaging;
All items are posted in a recyclable sturdy packaging cardboard box, with tissue paper.
The utmost care and attention is given to ensure minimal damage in transit, although we are not responsible for any damage incurred to the packaging once it has been posted.
I try to use the minimum of plastic packing, so please recycle where possible..
Photographs: Although I try to ensure that the picture is as accurate as possible, the cameras image may not always reflect the image seen in person.
Colours of the items may vary very slightly compared to the picture, different computer monitors show colour in different ways.
If you are unsure, colour samples are available and more photos.
**Please note that all items are hand made to order and are made from natural materials, so each piece is unique and may not be totally identical to the picture on the listing.
The feathers are all individually unique, so no two are alike, and the materials from the dying process are not always totally perfect as we are dealing with natural products.
Each piece comes out very slightly different...but is essentially the same design.***
